Job Highlights
- Responsible for buying, merchandising and replenishment of products in all fashion departments
- Responsible for inventory management
- Supervise, train, coach and motivate associates within the fashion departments
- Staff scheduling
- Opening and closing the store on a rotating basis
Job Requirements
- 2 years supervisory experience within a fashion retail environment
- Great organizational and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong merchandising skills
- A proven motivator
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
