Planogram Associate - Ottawa, Ontario

The Planogram Associate position is an ideal opportunity for you to further develop your career within the retail sector. Your responsibilities will include the creation of grocery product layouts for new and existing stores, assisting on the replenishment of merchandise and maintaining an accurate database. Interacting with all levels of the organization will come with ease to you as you have strong communication skills and you have the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently. Job Highlights
- Create and maintain planograms based on established building guidelines
- Maintain SKU description and measurement in English and French
- Coordinate new SKU orders
- Maintain the Intranet updates with regards to planograms
- Ensure New Stores layouts, orders and events are planned and synchronized
- Communicate and follow up with suppliers, set up team and stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Post secondary education in Business Administration (or related program) and 2 - 3 years experience in retail (grocery experience an asset)
- Strong computer skills – work experience with Excel a must (pivot tables an asset) and AS/400 an asset
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work with reports and make suggestions/recommendations based on available data
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to be able to interact with all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills
- Fundamental understanding of retail
- Bilingual (English and French) a must
