The newest location in New Minas is expected to open in October 2010. Supervisors are responsible for the overall operations of a successful store. Their main focus is the “traffic driving†grocery departments. This is an ideal career opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their daily/weekly activities and who is motivated to achieve great results.
Job Highlights
- Making buying decisions that tailor the product assortment to the store’s customer base
- Managing the grocery, health & beauty and household cleaning departments
- Buying, merchandising and replenishment of products in the Grocery Departments
- Training, coaching and supervising associates.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience within a retail environment, ideally in grocery
- Great organization and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong merchandising skills
- A proven motivator
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
